About myTECHNIC:

myTECHNIC is the world’s first independent Lean Greenfield Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) center, located at Sabiha Gökcen International Airport (SAW) on the Asian side of Istanbul, Turkey. Our strategic position, at the crossroads of Europe and Asia, allows us to effectively serve both domestic partners and global carriers across Europe, CIS, the Middle East, and Africa.

We received EASA (Part 145) authorization in August 2008 and are the first maintenance center to simultaneously hold certifications from both the Turkish Civil Aviation Authority (DGCA) and SHY/JAR 145/EASA.

What Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a System Engineer who is a strong team player, enthusiastic about contributing to the success of myTECHNIC, and eager to take on challenging tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• University graduate with a degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Astronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering).
• 1-3 years of civil aviation experience will be an advantage during the candidate evaluation process.
• Strong command of written and verbal English.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Completed military service (for male candidates).
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Anatolian side of Istanbul.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for aircraft systems and prepare related reports during maintenance operations.
• Issue Engineering Orders and Task Cards in compliance with Maintenance Data when necessary.
• Liaise with manufacturers to obtain additional maintenance instructions, as needed, to support maintenance activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent communication, including meetings, reports, emails, and phone calls.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers before, during, and after maintenance, ensuring all project requirements are fulfilled.
• Coordinate with internal operations and support departments on the projects under your responsibility.
