What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support a high-energy team to deliver exceptional service
  • Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, inventory, and shift coverage
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently upheld
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve operational and guest service goals
  • Maintain a positive, motivating, and inclusive work environment
  • Partner with senior leadership to meet financial and staffing goals

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience (fast-casual, Shake Shack experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A hands-on leader who thrives in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to pass a background check for airport security clearance
