Overview

Workshop Technician – İzmir, Türkiye

Position Responsibilities

• Maintaining sub-assemblies of cigarette and filter making equipment
• Following work instructions with precision during maintenance
• Documenting and keeping records of maintained sub-assemblies including replaced parts, executed tasks, and maintenance dates
• Ensuring workshop operations comply with EH&S and 5S requirements
• Instructing new technicians in sub-assembly maintenance

Qualifications

• Degree from a mechanical vocational school or technical high school
• At least 5 years of experience working in the cigarette industry as a technician
• Experience in maintaining sub-assemblies of cigarette and filter-making equipment
• Experience in using hand tools and power tools for repairs
• Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Minimum intermediate skill level in English
