Jobgether is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer based in Turkey to own architecture and implementation across frontend, backend, and blockchain integrations. You will build scalable trading tools processing real-time data, collaborating with an experienced team in a fast-paced startup environment.

The role emphasizes ownership, performance, security, and delivering high-quality Web3 features with multi-chain support (Ethereum, Solana). Fully remote from Poland and highly autonomous.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development.
• 3+ years Full Stack with Web3 focus.
• Proficient in TS, React and Node.js.
• Experience delivering Web3 apps to production.
• Experience with wallets, DeFi, on-chain data and APIs.
• Fluent English and distributed teamwork.
• Ability to design scalable, secure systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end full stack development across React-based UIs, Node.js backends and Web3 integrations.
• Design, develop, and scale decentralized applications with wallets and DeFi protocols.
• Integrate Web3 libraries, SDKs, third-party packages and APIs into workflows.
• Architect and implement high-performance, secure systems across ecosystems.
• Develop infrastructure to process real-time market data and blockchain activity.
• Own the full SDLC from design to deployment and production support.
• Investigate production issues and improve reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on architectural decisions and tech strategy.
• Contribute to trading and market intelligence products to convert data into insights.
• Maintain high engineering standards and continuous improvement.
