Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of its partner in Turkey, seeks a Software Craftsperson/Typescript-II for a remote role building scalable production systems with a strong focus on TypeScript and AI-native development. You will own features end-to-end, work with OpenAI/Claude and agentic workflows, and collaborate across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience owning complex production systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with production-grade TypeScript applications.
• Experience developing AI- or LLM-powered applications, including AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Familiar with OpenAI, Claude, or comparable LLM ecosystems.
• Experience with Chrome Extensions and browser-based apps is a plus.
• Good understanding of REST and/or gRPC APIs, databases, and code documentation.
• Proven TDD, CI/CD, code reviews, refactoring, and Agile/XP practices.

Responsibilities

• Own complex software initiatives end to end from design to production readiness.
• Build and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using TypeScript.
• Design production-ready features balancing scope, quality, and maintainability.
• Develop AI-powered apps and workflows using LLMs and agentic frameworks.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and priorities.
• Mentor peers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Apply AI-assisted workflows to accelerate design, development, and delivery.
