Job summary

Watsons Turkey is seeking an experienced logistics professional to lead route optimization and transportation network projects. The role focuses on improving shipping efficiency, coordinating internal and external shipments, and aligning operations with KPIs and financial targets.

You will plan daily, weekly, and monthly shipments, review transportation invoices, and supervise the shipment team to ensure smooth daily operations across 450 stores and 66 cities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering.
• At least 6 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, and transportation processes.
• Experience in budget management and reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.
• Developed skills in team management, communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Experienced in project management.
• Established or managed route optimization and transportation network projects.

Responsibilities

• Leading route optimization and transportation network projects.
