Job summary

Vector Synergy is seeking a candidate in Izmir, Turkey with CM and ITSM experience to manage configuration items and related data. The role requires solid technical understanding of CM disciplines and hands-on work with ITSM tools, including BMC Remedy ITSM Suite v9.1+.

NATO Secret level security applies. Applicants should have either a higher vocational qualification with 3 years post-related experience or a secondary qualification with 5 years post-related experience, and an ITIL Foundation

Qualifications

• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 3 years post-related experience, or a secondary qualification with 5 years post-related experience.
• 3 years of practical experience across all configuration management disciplines in a configuration management role.
• Very good technical understanding and experience with IT Service Management tools and technology such as BMC Remedy ITSM Suite v9.1+.
• ITIL Foundation Certification (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Undertaking basic risk management activities.
• Applying standard data modelling and design techniques based upon a detailed understanding of requirements.
• Applying tools, techniques, and processes to track, log, and correct information related to configuration items.
