Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition and employer branding, preferably in fast-paced environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Deep understanding of recruitment platforms, sourcing techniques, and employer branding tools
• Familiarity with Canva or similar tools for visual content creation
• Passionate about creating a compelling candidate experience and building meaningful employer value
• Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data

In this role you will

• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR business partners, and senior leadership to plan and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with cultural fit and role-based competencies
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using modern sourcing tools and proactive talent engagement strategies
• Enhance candidate experience by identifying opportunities for process improvement based on feedback and insights
• Lead and represent the company in employer brand initiatives and activations through creative content, career events, university programs, campus collaborations, and social media channels
• Track and analyze recruitment and employer branding metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Stay current on trends in talent acquisition and employer branding, and bring innovative solutions to the table
• Contribute to the enhancement of internal systems and tools to better measure the effectiveness and impact of talent initiatives
