Job summary

ESEN seeks a senior Electrical Engineer with a strong background in signal processing to contribute to EW/SIGINT programs in the defense sector. The role involves planning lifecycle activities, system integration, and logistics support across airborne and RF domains.

The ideal candidate has an MS or higher in Electrical Engineering, 5+ years in signal processing, and excellent English proficiency. International travel may be required to coordinate with partner teams and conduct flight tests.

Qualifications

• MS, or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Signal Processing.
• Experience in the defense industry, preferably in Electronic Warfare (EW) and/or Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) projects.
• Hands-on involvement in EW/SIGINT-related domains such as RF systems, signal processing, or military communication systems.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Willing to travel internationally for business when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan concurrent life cycle activities and the parallel development of system components.
• Plan and perform Integrated Logistic Support activities.
• Generate potential/alternative system solutions and select preferred systems solution among alternatives.
• Determine validation test environment and coordinate schedule with related organizations (i.e. flight tests).
