Senior Software Developer

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Senior Software Engineers develop advanced components and systems to handle the upcoming challenges of digitalization and autonomy in automotive. They focus on developing enterprise desktop and web-based engineering software and tools.

Description of daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Design, code, test, document, and maintain software solutions
• Requirements engineering/management
• Involvement in R&D activities

YOUR PROFILE:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering / Informatics, preferably with MSc and/or PhD qualifications
• Minimum 4 years of experience in software development
• Fluent speaking and excellent writing skills in English
• Fast learner; treats change as an opportunity to learn and develop
• Eager to learn state-of-the-art technologies and techniques to come up with elegant solutions to problems
• Ability to work independently, establish priorities, and proceed with objectives without supervision
• Willingness to frequent and long-term travel abroad
• Become a member of a team working on multi-national projects

And a solid understanding and hands-on experience in the following topics:

• Object Oriented Programming (using at least one of the following languages: C#, Java, Python)
