Job summary

DP World, a global logistics leader, seeks a Senior Security Manager (Operational and Technical Security) to lead design, integration, and delivery of security solutions across the Eastern Europe Cluster. Based in Romania or Türkiye with hybrid responsibilities, you will oversee incident response, risk management, audits, and vendor engagement while ensuring compliance with ISO 28000 and related standards.

Qualifications

• Professional qualifications in Security, Risk Management, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Certifications such as TAPA, ISO 27001, ISO 28000, GDPR knowledge desirable.
• Minimum 5 years delivering technical security solutions in large multinational contexts.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, VMS, access control, intrusion detection and biometrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, integration, and governance of advanced security systems across the Eastern Cluster.
• Oversee incident response, risk management, audits, investigations, and vendor engagement.
• Ensure compliance with TAPA, ISPS, TISAX, ISO standards and customer requirements.
• Manage budgets, schedules, resources, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with IT, engineering, procurement and external authorities for secure operations.
• Provide training and development for regional security teams and drive continuous improvement.
