Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior SAP e-invoicing Consultant (SD/FI) to lead the implementation and support of e-invoicing processes across SAP and external tax platforms. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant electronic document flows.

You will configure, integrate, and troubleshoot e-invoicing solutions, handling tax determination, billing, and regulatory requirements across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SAP e-invoicing experience.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SD/FI, billing, and tax processes.
• Background in e-invoicing platforms and country-specific requirements.
• Understanding of APIs, XML/JSON, IDocs, and middleware.
• English proficiency at least B2+.

• Lead and support SAP e-invoicing implementation
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and understand business processes
• Configure and support e-invoicing processes across SAP and external tax/e-invoicing platforms
• Work with SAP S/4HANA, tax determination, billing, and electronic document processes
• Manage integrations with government e-invoicing platforms and third-party providers
• Define requirements, mappings, interfaces, testing scenarios, and support deployment
• Troubleshoot e-invoicing issues and coordinate with other SAP, tax, business, and integration teams
• Ensure compliance with local e-invoicing and tax requirements across different countries

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with SAP e-invoicing and electronic invoicing processes
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SD/FI, billing, and tax processes
• Background in e-invoicing platforms and country-specific e-invoicing requirements
• Understanding of integration technologies, APIs, XML/JSON, IDocs, and middleware
• Understanding of VAT, tax reporting, and digital tax compliance requirements
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills
• Capability to debug custom developments
• English language proficiency at a B2+ level
