Job summary

Wlgroup seeks a Quality and Requirements Engineer to lead analysis across capability development and traceability for a long-term engagement in a NATO-US relocation project. You will ensure data integrity, manage actions from QA reviews, and contribute to standards and procedures throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires a university degree and extensive experience in requirements engineering, traceability, and formal change control, along with fluent English.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering, management, information systems, finance, business, or related field.
• Five of the last ten years in requirements engineering or management.
• Experience evaluating traceability across all development lines.
• Hands-on requirements authoring or facilitating development sessions.
• Recent experience with formal configuration and change control.
• Experience with processes certified to a recognised quality standard.
• Experience with IBM Rational DOORS Next.
• Fluent professional English.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality analysis across capability development processes and outputs.
• Manage corrective and preventative actions from process assurance and QA reviews.
• Assure data quality, including the requirements repository and programme management information.
• Develop and maintain traceability criteria and processes.
• Produce regular independent QA reports for programme directors and IP teams.
• Contribute to SOPs on quality and traceability.
• Support requirements engineering across lifecycle stages to preserve integrity.
• Support change and configuration management of requirements.
• Participate in workshops and translate lessons into learning.
