• Lead,coordinate,execute,andmonitorprojectstoensuresuccessfuldelivery.
• Ensureprojectsalignwithcompanystrategy,goals,andcommitments.
• Developandmaintainprojectplans,revisingthemasneededtomeetchangingrequirements.
• Deliverprojectswithinthedefinedbudget,timeline,andscopeconstraints.
• Identify,assess,andmitigateprojectrisksproactively.
• Ensureallprojectdeliverablesmeetestablishedqualitystandards.
• Continuouslyevaluateprocessesandidentifyopportunitiesforimprovement.
• CollaboratecloselywithProductManagement,Design,andEngineeringteamstoempowertheminachievingprojectobjectives.
• Identify,acquire,andallocatenecessaryresourceswhileassigningindividualresponsibilities.
• Serveasthemainpointofcontactfordailyclientcommunications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; an MBA or a master’s degree is a plus.
• Min 7+ years working experience within IT and Project Management area.
• Experience in international projects.
• Strong quality mindset, great team spirit, and being detail-oriented.
• Able to work in a very dynamic workplace.
• Strong knowledge of software development processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with staff and stakeholders at various levels.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
