Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks a Senior Program Manager for the UABOS Turkey program to oversee complex projects, drive operational efficiency, and manage cross-functional teams across Türkiye and Spain.

You will coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to meet contract requirements and ensure mission readiness. The role requires strong leadership, budget discipline, and ability to navigate government contracting environments while maintaining compliance and delivering results for the UABOS

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and 5+ years in KBR Program/Project Management.
• Experience directing a large multinational and unionized labor force.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
• Experience with UABOS programs and government contracting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the BOS-UABOS contract at Türkiye and Spain locations.
• Act on behalf of KBR for labor, financial, and contractual matters with leadership support.
• Interface with Client, Ramstein-based personnel, and host nation leadership as required.
• Support business development by assisting with information requests and proposal development.
• Ensure contractual performance objectives are met per the Performance Work Schedule and appendices.
