Job summary

Medsien is a venture-backed healthcare SaaS company expanding its team. We seek a Senior Product Manager to join a fast-paced environment and help build products that improve patient care for providers and patients worldwide.

You will partner with senior leadership, design, UX research, and operations to drive the roadmap from concept to launch, improve user experience, and communicate progress with executives. Remote work is available; Istanbul-based candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management with a strong passion for improving user experience.
• Experience building and launching interactive products.
• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; advanced English; Istanbul resident.

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll work with senior leadership and our engineering and operations teams. We're looking for a candidate who is passionate about building and improving products with a high impact on patients, who will join a growing team in developing the products that enable providers to provide high-quality services to their patients.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will:

• Support the product roadmap from concept to launch,
• Play a collaborative role in an agile scrum team,
• Assist with cross-team execution of new features and optimization of existing ones,
• Co-partner with Design, UX Research, and Operations to enhance customer experience,
• Help communicate product updates and strategy with internal stakeholders and executives,
• Contribute to defining, tracking, and communicating clear success metrics.

• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken,
• Residing in Istanbul.
