Job summary

Constructor Labs is hiring a UX/UI/Product Designer to partner with product and business teams, turning complex challenges into elegant, scalable designs. You will contribute to a design system, craft high-fidelity interfaces, and validate ideas through rapid prototyping while applying rigorous user research.

You will work in a hybrid/remote setup, leveraging your 3+ years of UX/UI or product design experience, with a strong portfolio and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Degree in design or related field with strong portfolio
• 3+ years in UX/UI or product design in product companies
• Portfolio showing real-market product outcomes
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken)
• Pixel-perfect execution and meticulous attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Solve real problems by collaborating with business and product teams to improve and innovate
• Apply a user-centric approach by researching and analyzing user context, motivations, and behaviors
• Design and validate through wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces
• Contribute to and leverage the design system and component library; advanced Figma skills essential
• Build products from 0-1 or refine existing experiences with careful attention to detail
• Stay curious about technologies and emerging tools to push product boundaries
• Collaborate across functions to ensure design quality and alignment with goals
• Evolve continuously by keeping pace with industry trends and processes
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and provide constructive feedback
