We are looking for a Senior Process Lead (Production) who will work in İzmir and be responsible for executing and leading the processes for eliminating losses by effective problem solving and process control tools to support in delivering the business results of the production line.

Responsibilities
  • Controlling production process parameters and taking appropriate actions in case of their incompliance with Philip Morris standards.
  • Focusing on finished goods costs reduction opportunities by efficiency and improvement of production equipment efficiency.
  • Executing and leading the processes for eliminating losses by effective problem solving and process control tools to support in delivering the business results of the line.
  • Optimizing production plan in order to reach optimization both in manning and format conversion durations.
  • Providing guidance, leadership, and coaching to the line staff in order to build their capability.
  • Acting as the process expert in problem-solving and on-floor troubleshooting.
  • Fully applying the Integrated Manufacturing System (IMS) and PMI standards & policies.
Qualifications
  • Hold a university degree in Engineering.
  • Have 3-6 years of experience in a production environment.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Have strong communication & interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Are collaborative, a team player, customer oriented and a quick learner.
  • Have strong analytical skills and drive for achievement.
  • Have excellent command of MS Office applications.
