Job summary

ING Hubs Turkiye seeks a Site Reliability Engineer to safeguard reliability, availability, and performance of critical investment systems. You will own production incidents, automate tasks, and improve monitoring and reliability in a platform-focused, collaboration-driven environment.

You will work with the Platform team and Aladdin software, applying IaC, CI/CD, and on-call practices to sustain operational excellence across production systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant role (SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering).
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems.
• Hands-on experience with scripting (Bash and/or Python).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure Pipelines or similar).
• On-call rotations.
• Incident management and response.
• Root cause analysis and post-mortems.
• Familiarity with automation and infrastructure as code principles.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Role summary

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of critical investment systems. You’ll work hands-on with production environments, focusing on incident management, automation, and continuous improvement.

This is a role where engineering meets operations—ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of production systems and making them better every day.

You will be part of an investment-focused environment, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain and improve critical platforms. The team values collaboration, ownership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong focus on operational excellence and system stability.

About you

You are someone who takes reliability personally. You enjoy diving deep into systems, understanding how they behave, and continuously improving them.
