Job summary

TalenTown İnsan Kaynakları - İşe Alım Ajansı seeks a Senior Engineer to shape internal tooling for engineering teams. You will design, build, and maintain developer tools, including CLI apps for environment setup and data access libraries, to accelerate software delivery.

Responsibilities include architecting scalable tools, driving DevOps practices, and mentoring engineers while integrating AI-assisted workflows into daily development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Python proficiency and OO design skills.
• Experience designing scalable, well-architected systems.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver internal tools and libraries, modular and secure.
• Contribute across architecture, prototyping, testing, and support.
• Drive DevOps practices for continuous delivery with telemetry.
• Evaluate new technologies through PoC and adoption decisions.
• Lead design discussions and mentor junior engineers.
• Integrate AI coding assistants, CLIs, and MCPs into workflows.
