Job summary

Mars Athletic Club in Beşiktaş, Türkiye, seeks a Senior Mobile Engineering Manager to lead strategy, architecture, and delivery of our mobile ecosystem across iOS and Android.

You will build and mentor high-performing teams, collaborate with Product, UX/UI, QA, and DevOps, and drive best practices to ensure reliable, scalable, user-centric mobile experiences. Excellent English communication is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with mobile apps.
• Leadership experience managing mobile engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of native mobile technologies (Swift, Kotlin).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the mobile engineering strategy aligned with product goals.
• Lead, mentor, and grow mobile teams across iOS and Android.
• Establish engineering best practices for architecture, testing, release management.
• Drive scalable mobile architecture and maintainability.
• Own end-to-end mobile SDLC from planning to release and monitoring.
• Improve productivity via CI/CD, automation, and modern workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders.
• Ensure high performance, stability, and reliability of mobile apps.
• Coordinate with backend teams for robust API integration.
