Job summary

AI Studio in Turkey is building a post-training program for open-weight image and video models. You will own end-to-end workflows from fine-tuning to evaluation and deployment for a creator-focused platform.

You will replace existing tools with our own fine-tunes and adapters (Flux / Wan / Qwen class), trained on in-house datasets, evaluated in our harness, and served in production. You will collaborate closely with the founders to shape how post-training is done here and influence product

Qualifications

• Experience in post-training of image/video models.
• Proficiency with open-weight model families.
• Ability to work with founders and guide technical direction.

Responsibilities
