Job summary

Etik Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. is seeking a senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead development and optimization of new and existing products in our high-tech entertainment projects in Turkey.

You will guide a team of Mechanical Design Engineers and work across engineering disciplines to deliver robust, manufacturable solutions. The role requires advanced CAD skills (NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD), knowledge of sheet metal design, and strong project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of proven mechanical and sheet metal design experience.
• Experience leading Mechanical Design Engineers.
• Expert in Siemens NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD; familiarity with Adams/ANSYS preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English for technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of new or modified products.
• Refine part designs for quality, cost, dimensions, and functionality.
• Provide technical sales support for international projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and custom design tasks.
• Improve internal workflows and document validation tests.
• Prepare manufacturing drawings and assembly guides.
• Assess manufacturability and oversee production phases.
• Address non-conformities during production or operation.
• Report costs using ERP modules for senior management.
• Present technical information in English during meetings.
