Yemeksepeti, part of the Delivery Hero Group, seeks a Senior Manager of Virtual Account Management to lead longtail account performance and drive advertising revenue. You will guide cross-functional teams across BPO and COE, delivering scalable value to vendors and the business.

You will manage a high-performing team, set clear objectives, and leverage analytics to optimize deal value while aligning with company goals. Flexible hours and a global leadership framework support your growth.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years in account management, business development, or revenue roles in tech, e-commerce, or FMCG.
• Proven experience in BPO, shared service centers, and process design.
• Experience leading regional teams and coordinating across EU markets is a plus.
• Self-motivated with ownership over projects and goals.
• Willingness to learn about driving growth for the business.

Responsabilidades

• Revenue growth: develop strategies to drive advertising revenue from longtail accounts.
• Team leadership: oversee VAM teams across BPO and COE; set objectives and foster collaboration.
• Data-driven: use analytics to segment accounts, prioritize outreach, and design campaigns.
• Stakeholder collaboration: partner with Process Design, Analytics, and Growth teams to implement initiatives.
