Responsibilities

• Reporting to M&A Manager responsible for M&A transactions, business development and overseas investments
• Carry out merger and acquisition transactions abroad in coordination with law firms in the relevant jurisdictions
• Supervise commercial and corporate law affairs of the Holding's foreign subsidiaries including carrying out company incorporation and liquidation procedures, preparing intra group loan agreements, reviewing shareholder and share transfer agreements and revising them in line with the dynamics of the group
