Job summary

Shell Türkiye seeks a seasoned Head of IT Mobility Operations to lead end-to-end IT operations for Shell mobility sites in Turkey, ensuring continuous service, regulatory compliance and strong vendor coordination. You will manage fuel automation systems and forecourt IT services, driving improvements and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant work experience in IT Service Operations, with proven IT leadership.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Certification in IT is required.
• ITIL certification and hands-on experience in IT service delivery are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management and continuity of fuel automation systems across Shell mobility stations in Turkey, ensuring regulatory compliance and SLA adherence.
• Coordinate with vendors to maintain system availability and manage service incidents and requests within defined timelines.
• Lead operation and improvement of telecom infrastructure across Shell mobility sites, including network, connectivity, and remediation projects.
• Collaborate with Global ITLT and Turkey ITLT to align local operations with global standards and strategies.
• Represent Shell Turkey in regulatory discussions and engage with authorities on technical implications and compliance.
