Job description

We're looking for a Senior iOS Developer to build and scale the revenue-critical experiences inside our subscription apps, onboarding, paywalls, subscriptions, trials, and purchase flows, with a high bar for performance, stability, and craft.

You'll work closely with Product, Design, QA, Data, and Backend, turning product ideas into reliable, scalable, and maintainable experiences and you'll have direct influence on how those experiences convert.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain the client side of our subscription iOS apps in Swift and SwiftUI, implementing revenue-critical flows, onboarding, paywall, subscription/IAP (StoreKit, RevenueCat, Adapty), trial, and restore purchases, correctly and robustly.
• Turn PM requirements and Figma design handoffs into high-quality, performant, and maintainable code.
• Build A/B testing and feature-flag integrations so the product and growth teams can run server-driven experiments.
• Instrument analytics events accurately so the Data team works from reliable numbers.
• Own app stability and release health: crash-free rate, startup time, smooth UI, low crash/ANR, and version quality.
• Estimate your work accurately (story points) and deliver on time within sprint; on uncertain, R&D-type tasks, communicate status transparently.
• Own quality before handoff: self-test before sending to QA/PM, reduce DevQA ping-pong, and aim to ship right the first time.
• Participate in code reviews and PRs; write clean, testable code; fix bugs transparently rather than shipping silent "ninja" fixes.
• Contribute beyond your tickets, ideas, competitor research, and problem-solving — and spot the fast-moving AI tooling frontier early to turn it into an advantage.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience with Swift and modern iOS development.
• A genuine product mindset you think in terms of conversion, metrics, and user impact, not just closing tickets.
• Strong hands-on experience with SwiftUI and UIKit, and solid knowledge of the iOS SDK, its capabilities and limits.
• Proven experience implementing In-App Purchases and subscriptions (StoreKit, RevenueCat, Adapty) and the surrounding onboarding, paywall, trial, and restore flows.
• Experience integrating analytics/event tracking and working with A/B testing, feature flags, and experimentation workflows.
• Solid grasp of mobile architecture, performance optimization, and maintainable code practices.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, ownership, and transparent communication.
