We’re looking for a Flutter Developer to help us build and scale high-quality mobile experiences used by millions of learners around the world.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain new features across our Flutter applications
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, AI, and Backend teams to deliver high-quality user experiences
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Optimize app performance, stability, and reliability
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
• Continuously improve the quality of our apps through testing and iteration

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience with Flutter and Dart
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and state management
• Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party SDKs
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Attention to performance, code quality, and user experience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have

• Experience publishing apps on the App Store and Google Play
• Experience with Firebase, analytics, and push notifications
• Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift)
• Experience building subscription-based consumer apps
• You actively use AI tools to improve your development workflow
