Job summary

The role requires coordinating a small team of 3–4, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with related departments and partners to deliver a smooth student experience.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with supervisory experience in academia.
• Experience in administrative and operational management in education.
• Ability to lead a small team of 3–4 members.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Turkish.
• Strong collaboration with related departments and partners.
• Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to develop solutions.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with education systems and related tools preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the application, enrollment, education, and graduation processes of the students.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth applicant/student workflows.
• Improve administrative processes for educational programs while ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Report progress of students and applicants to top management.
• Identify and address the department's needs to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
