About Role

We are looking for an IT Senior Specialist who will take ownership of our business-critical applications, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency while leading key technology and process improvement projects. This role combines hands-on application management (SAP, Salesforce, etc.) with strategic project leadership, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact initiatives.

Your main responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:

Enterprise Application Management

• Serve as the primary owner of assigned enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, etc.) and ensure their availability, stability, and performance,
• Oversee application configurations, upgrades, integrations, and vendor relationships,
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in collaboration with internal IT teams and solution providers,
• Maintain accurate documentation, workflows, and end-user training materials,
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy regulations, and corporate IT standards.

Project Management

• Lead application-related and cross-functional projects from initiation to successful delivery,
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with ZES’s strategic goals,
• Coordinate cross-departmental stakeholders, vendors, and consultants to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery,
• Monitor project risks, provide regular status updates, and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders,
• Conduct post-project evaluations to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise application management and/or IT project management,
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or similar enterprise applications,
• Strong knowledge of application integration, system lifecycle management, and vendor coordination,
• Proven ability to manage medium to large-scale projects (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus),
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills,
• Fluency in both Turkish and English,
• Preferably, experience in the energy, mobility, or technology sectors,
• Preferably, strong business process mapping and documentation skills.
