Job summary

Intertech Information Technology and Marketing Inc. seeks an experienced IAM/IGA architect to design and maintain enterprise IAM architecture, standards, and product roadmaps.

You will lead the implementation and integration of IAM/IGA across applications, directories, cloud platforms, and infrastructure. The role requires deep expertise in identity lifecycle, access governance, and security controls, with collaboration across security, audit, and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer/engineering field with relevant IAM focus.
• At least 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Hands-on architecture and engineering responsibilities in IAM/IGA environments.
• Experience designing authentication/authorization solutions (SSO, MFA, RBAC, ABAC).
• Strong knowledge of AD, LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID, REST APIs, and standard protocols (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, Kerberos).
• Experience with IAM platforms like Centrify, Delinea Secret Server, Delinea Privilege Manager.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise IAM architecture, standards, patterns, and roadmaps.
• Lead implementation and integration of IAM/IGA with apps, directories, databases, cloud platforms, and infra.
• Define identity lifecycle, access requests, provisioning, deprovisioning, role management, and access certification.
• Design authentication/authorization models using SSO, MFA, RBAC, ABAC, and Zero Trust.
• Translate business, security, and regulatory requirements into IAM solutions.
• Assess new applications for IAM integration and methods.
• Collaborate with security, infra, app, compliance, audit, and project teams.
• Provide technical leadership to IAM engineering/operational teams.
• Monitor findings, root causes, remediation; ensure availability and security of IAM platforms.
• Support incident, change, continuity, disaster recovery, and risk processes.
• Research emerging IAM tech and assess applicability.
• Prepare architecture documents, designs, procedures, and operational instructions.
• Manage vendor relations and contribute to RFP/PoC/licensing.
• Ensure IAM services meet SLA targets.
