Job summary

Fever is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to own end-to-end lifecycle management of major events, from contract signing through to final close. You will liaise with organizers and internal teams, coordinating across departments to ensure timely delivery while shaping product and process needs with HQ and engineering.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management or consulting, fluency in English and Turkish, and strong analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a project management role or consulting background.
• Fluent English and Turkish, other languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple departments and manage large work streams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of large events from contract signing to final close.
• Serve as main liaison between event organizers and internal teams.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure timely delivery of requirements.
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ; partner with product/engineering to deliver changes.
• Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A for user support.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation for project goals and outcomes.
• May require on-site presence during launch or key dates.
