Job summary

Pro-Per Energy Service LLC is seeking an experienced Heavy Duty Gas Turbine Supervisor to lead site maintenance activities on global projects. The role focuses on planning resources, coordinating field teams, and ensuring safety and performance at customer facilities.

The ideal candidate has extensive GE Frame turbine experience (Frames 3-9) and 5+ years in field service leadership, with travel across multiple countries and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years in field services or power-generation maintenance/outage lead role (GE Frame Series).
• Experience with heavy-duty gas turbine maintenance activities (inspection, hot gas path, borescope).
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical diagrams and interpretations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor resources like labor and tools.
• Coordinate and monitor heavy-duty gas turbine site maintenance activities.
• Provide technical instruction and assistance at customer sites.
• Write technical reports, prepare job status and expense sheets.
• Ensure safety standards and quality in field operations.
• Travel extensively for field assignments and work overtime as needed.
