Job summary

Pro-Per Energy Service LLC is seeking an experienced Heavy Duty Gas Turbine Mechanical Technician to perform on-site maintenance and repair of gas turbines used in power generation, across diverse global projects.

The role requires working with GE Frame turbines (3-9), certification for special tools, fluent English, and willingness to travel extensively, including across borders; strong safety discipline and ability to meet project schedules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of on-site maintenance experience on heavy-duty gas turbines (GE Frame Series 3-9).
• Certification to use Hytorc, Riverhawk, ITH tools/equipment.
• Experience maintaining, dismantling, and installing machinery and industrial service equipment including pumps, motors, fans, generators and turbines.
• Ability to perform equipment alignments using laser or traditional methods.
• Solid skills to disassemble and reassemble complex rotating equipment.
• Strong mechanical/technical skills; capable of handling time-sensitive tasks in challenging environments.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; willingness to travel and work holidays/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform on-site maintenance and repair of heavy-duty gas turbines.
• Work with GE Frame 3-9 turbine technologies on various projects.
• Use precision measuring tools to assess component condition and tolerances.
• Handle a variety of hand, power, pneumatic and hydraulic tools.
• Remove, clean, and install turbine components as needed.
• Travel to project locations and across countries for extended assignments.
