Job description

What You'll Do:

• Technical Design & Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of the codebase, from technical design and spec-based implementation to deployment and monitoring of high performance web applications.
• AI-Augmented Development: Leverage modern AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, LLMs) to accelerate development velocity, automate testing, and maintain high code quality.
• Product & Spec-Driven Mindset: Apply a strong product mindset to backend and frontend systems, translating functional specifications into modular, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Fullstack Execution: Seamlessly switch between building robust backend services and modern, responsive user interfaces.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience) with 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot) and a solid grasp of backend design patterns, microservices, and clean architecture.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and modern state management.
• Deep knowledge of relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL) alongside familiarity with NoSQL concepts and data processing.
• Strong experience in writing clear technical specifications, utilizing Git for source control, and working with Docker/AWS environments.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to AI-driven workflows and agile project management methodologies.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Node.js environments.
• Familiarity with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, or micro-frontend architectures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices on cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of web application security best practices (OWASP Top 10).
• Strong attention to UI/UX considerations and performance optimization.
