Job summary

ITOC360 is seeking a senior frontend developer to own the company’s web application that spans the entire incident lifecycle, including real-time alert screens, on-call schedules, and subscription management. You will drive architecture, build a shared component library, and implement end-to-end workflows with a focus on performance and reliability.

You will mentor teammates, perform code reviews, and guide the mobile app direction (Expo / React Native) to ensure consistent UX across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with production React/Next.js applications.
• Deep TypeScript proficiency; commitment to type safety as a team standard.
• Experience writing tests and proficiency with modern testing tools.
• Experience building a design system / shared component library.
• Mentoring and code review experience.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a senior frontend developer to take ownership of developing ITOC360's web application. The application covers a broad surface spanning the entire incident lifecycle: real-time alert and incident screens, on-call schedules, an escalation rule designer, role-based authorization, and subscription management.

What You'll Do

• Take technical ownership of the web application; drive architectural decisions and the delivery process.
• Develop the shared component layer and design system.
• Build end-to-end for critical flows (authorization, subscription, incident acknowledgment).
• Develop real-time interfaces and live data streams.
• Mentor team members and contribute to code reviews.
• Provide technical guidance for mobile app (Expo / React Native) development.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience with production React/Next.js applications; hands-on experience with App Router and Server Components on real projects.
• Deep TypeScript proficiency; commitment to type safety as a team standard.
• Experience writing tests and proficiency with modern testing tools.
• Experience building a design system / shared component library.
• Mentoring and code review experience.
