L’Oréal Luxe is seeking a driven Sales Forecasting professional to join our Istanbul team. You will develop forecasting models, analyze sales data, and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Marketing to improve accuracy and drive growth in a dynamic beauty market.

The role requires a 4-year university degree, at least 2 years in a related area, and strong English communication. Proficiency in MS Office and a commercial mindset are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 4 years’ university degree
• Min. 2 years of experience in relevant area
• Experience in one of Sales Forecasting Tools is preferred
• Have a commercial drive (results & solution focused, flexible/adaptable)
• Strong analytical problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Advanced level of MS Office Applications

Responsibilities

• Develop initial project plans defining implementation schedule, scope and all project milestones
• Develop deep customer knowledge on supply rules and policy, timelines, stock equation and creates environment for better sales planning
• Anticipate on possible sales fluctuations interacting with sales team
• Aggregate the total sales forecasts, then analyze all available facts and figures to identify potential gaps
• Communicate objective feedback supported with analysis, proposes adjustment to key stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, O+O Business Development, Marketing) and validates the sales forecasts
• Contribute to Forecasting Process of the company in cooperation with Demand Planning and Marketing Teams
• Market & LL Sellout and Sellin TO contruction by analysing trends and previous periods on a monthly basis
• Provide channel history insights by collaboration with KAMs on competition
• Synthesize market and competitive insights from reports / data to inform Account strategy and activations

• Comparison between realized results and estimation and update construction accordingly
