Job summary

Oak Technology is seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to build and scale subscription-based mobile applications used by millions of users worldwide. You will own features end-to-end and collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, Data, and Backend teams to deliver compelling user experiences.

You'll develop high-quality Flutter apps for iOS and Android, implement clean architecture, manage state with Bloc or Riverpod, integrate REST APIs and Firebase, and contribute to performance, analytics

We're looking for a Senior Flutter Developer who enjoys building high-quality mobile experiences while collaborating closely with Product, Design, QA, Data, and Backend teams. You'll work across multiple products, own features end-to-end, and build experiences that directly impact user engagement, retention, and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality Flutter applications for both iOS and Android.
• Build clean, scalable, and maintainable applications using modern Flutter architecture and best practices.
• Develop user-facing experiences such as onboarding flows, subscription journeys, paywalls, and core product features.
• Design responsive and adaptive interfaces using Material and Cupertino widgets.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, QA, and Data teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, Firebase services, analytics platforms, and monetization solutions.
• Implement state management using Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, or similar approaches.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, memory usage, and overall user experience.
• Support experimentation by implementing analytics events, A/B tests, and feature flags.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional mobile application development experience.
• Strong commercial experience developing Flutter applications with Dart.
• Experience building and maintaining production-ready mobile applications.
• Solid understanding of Flutter architecture, widget lifecycle, and state management.
• Experience with Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, or similar state management solutions.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, Firebase services, and third-party SDKs.
• Strong understanding of clean architecture, SOLID principles, and scalable code practices.
• Experience optimizing application performance and debugging using Flutter DevTools or similar tools.
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with subscription-based mobile products.
• Experience integrating Google Play Billing, StoreKit, RevenueCat, Adapty, or other in-app purchase solutions.
• Experience implementing analytics platforms such as Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Adjust, or AppsFlyer.
• Experience with A/B testing, feature flags, and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience publishing and maintaining applications on both Google Play and the App Store.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as Codemagic, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or Fastlane.
• Basic knowledge of native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift).
• Experience building AI-powered features using LLMs or AI SDKs.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or GitHub Copilot.
• Experience with unit, widget, and integration testing.
