Lucida AI is building one of the fastest-growing AI language learning apps used by millions of learners worldwide. We seek a Flutter Developer to create and scale high-quality mobile experiences across platforms.

You will work with Product, Design, AI, and Backend teams to implement features, ensure smooth user experiences, and maintain clean, scalable code. The role emphasizes performance, testing, and continual improvement in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and state management.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party SDKs.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.

We're looking for a Flutter Developer to help us build and scale high-quality mobile experiences used by millions of learners around the world.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain new features across our Flutter applications.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, AI, and Backend teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Optimize app performance, stability, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Continuously improve the quality of our apps through testing and iteration.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience with Flutter and Dart.

• You actively use AI tools to improve your development workflow.
