Mattel, Inc. is seeking an E-Retail Senior Media Coordinator to bring our brands to life across e-commerce platforms. You will plan, execute and optimize digital media campaigns to boost brand awareness, product visibility and online sales.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years in e-commerce or retail media, a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Digital Advertising/Digital Marketing, and fluency in English. You will collaborate with marketing, sales and external partners in a hybrid work environment.
Please note that this role will be filled through ManAsset Turkey, a third-party recruitment agency. However, all hiring processes, including applications and interviews, will be managed by Mattel.

As our E-Retail & Omnichannel Associate, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing digital media campaigns across leading platforms and omnichannel. Your goal will be to enhance brand awareness, product visibility, and online sales through paid media strategies.
