The role

Senior DevOps Specialist

Contract type: full time | Location: Istanbul, Turkey | Working model: hybrid

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Specialist who will help us design, implement, and maintain reliable, secure, and scalable DevOps solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with development, QA, and security teams, ensuring smooth delivery pipelines and robust infrastructure. You’ll also contribute to building a DevSecOps culture and drive improvements in automation, observability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes environments, including deployment automation
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform and Ansible
• Monitor performance and system health with tools like Prometheus and Grafana
• Integrate and manage security and compliance tools (Snyk, Trivy, SonarQube, Vault, GitHub Advanced Security)
• Collaborate with teams to embed DevSecOps practices across the lifecycle
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis
• Document procedures, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing

What we need to see from you

• 2-4 years of experience in DevOps and CI/CD
• Strong experience with Kubernetes (OpenShift preferred, plus AKS, GKE, EKS, Rancher, Docker)
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Good knowledge of Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting (Bash)
• Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Instana)
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Nice to have: Programming knowledge (C#/.NET, Java, Go, Python, JavaScript), certifications (CKA, CKS, RHCA, RHCE, LPIC), security awareness tools
