Overview

As a Senior Contract Analyst, you will join the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Thorough attention to detail
• Strong time management skills
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset & ability to work independently
• In-depth knowledge of Fair Market Value (FMV)
• Experience in contract and budget review processes
• Strong foundation in analytical thinking and legal analysis
• Proficient in independent review and site engagement
• Ability to succeed in fast-paced environments
• Understanding of early Phase studies and their related risks/requirements
• Knowledge of local contracting procedures
• Ability to effectively manage risks and resolve conflicts
• Highly collaborative with internal and external partners
• Capability to manage 60+ agreements with attention to each site
• Ability to track and maintain compliance of contract statuses in reporting systems
• Innovative and transformational mindset

Qualifications

You are:

• Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent
• 3+ years of experience with contracts
• Fluent in English; proficiency in host country language required
• At least two years of industry experience
• Understanding of project management and service delivery
• Preferably with JD or advanced degree
• Experience in clinical trial contracts and clinical budget negotiations with sites
• Understanding of the clinical contract process, project management, and service delivery
• Familiarity with legal language
