Job summary

EY Türkiye seeks a Senior Consultant to support client engagements in sustainability, climate change and reporting. You will help develop decarbonisation roadmaps and deliver high-quality analyses across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in sustainability, climate change, social impact or related roles.
Strong academic background in environmental sciences, engineering, economics, public policy or related fields.
Knowledge of GHG accounting (Scope 1–3) and/or LCA.
Experience with sustainability reporting frameworks (ISSB/TSRS, CSRD, GRI, TCFD, SASB, CDP).
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

Support sustainability, climate change and reporting engagements.
Develop sustainability strategies, GHG inventories and decarbonisation roadmaps.
Assist in environmental and social due diligence (E&S DD) assessments for transactions and major projects.
Coordinate with engagement managers to track timelines, deliverables and quality.
