Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of business analysis experience
• Experience in Payment Systems
• Knowledge of MC, Visa, BKM in process simulators
• Knowledge of Card Production and Smart Card Technologies
• Knowledge of Merchant Management and POS
• Knowledge of EMV, Switch, Provisioning, Dispute Management
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Prioritizing, planning and finalizing the project according to deadlines
• Comfortable with Agile methods such as Scrum and/or Kanban
• Creating and guiding various research and test requirements
• Analyzing the needs of business
• Fully understanding the customer's needs, to create a project process accordingly
