Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
  • Min. 5 years experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Prioritizing, planning, and finalizing projects according to deadlines
  • Comfortable with Agile methods such as Scrum and/or Kanban
  • Creating and guiding various research and test requirements
  • Analyzing the needs of the business
  • Fully understanding the customer's needs to create a project process accordingly
  • Experience in Digital Banking/Fintech industry
