Job summary

Blesyum is seeking a Senior Backend Developer to design and implement Rust Axum services for our ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and B2B modules. You will own the multi-tenant data model and ensure strong data isolation.

You will optimize slow queries, enforce row-level security, and document architectural decisions. A passion for robust APIs, migrations, and backward compatibility is essential in a fast-paced remote-first environment.

# Senior Backend Developer (Rust)IstanbulRemoteFull-timeYou’ll be writing Rust/Axum services that run on eight modules, and you’ll be responsible for the multi-tenant data model and query performance.## What You’ll Do* You’ll develop the Rust (Axum + sqlx) services powering the ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and B2B modules.* You’ll maintain row-level security (RLS) and tenant isolation in a multi-tenant data model.* You’ll measure and optimize slow queries—we’ll show the numbers before claiming “we’ve sped it up.”* You’ll document the rationale behind your decisions; we don’t revisit discussions here.## What We’re Looking For* Experience working with Rust in production (or a strong background in a systems language + a passion for Rust).* Know PostgreSQL not just as “the thing behind the ORM,” but as a tool in its own right.* Be meticulous about API contracts, backward compatibility, and migration discipline.## Plus Points* Domain knowledge in areas such as accounting, inventory, or e-invoicing.* Experience with metrics and observability (tracing, metrics).
