About the Role:

As a beloved brand, Nutella is the world's most popular hazelnut spread, enjoyed by many at breakfast to kickstart their day. As a Senior Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the brand stays ahead in the market by tracking the latest trends and developing a comprehensive business strategy with a precise communication plan that encompasses all aspects of the brand.

Reporting directly to the Regional Marketing Manager for Türkiye at Nutella, you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic team working on diverse projects that shape the strategy and vision of this beloved brand. If you're eager to contribute, don't hesitate to apply!

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive brand marketing plan encompassing all elements of the marketing mix, including consumer promotions, digital initiatives, and the Nutella app.
  2. Oversee the preparation of market analyses and consumer research, and monitor competitive activities to identify brand challenges and market opportunities.
  3. Monitor and follow up on market and consumer KPIs, from data collection to action plan development.
  4. Coordinate all projects with both internal and external resources, including advertising agencies, market research firms, production planning, trade activities, and the sales team, to achieve desired results.
  5. Regularly track and report on the budget.
Who we are looking for:
  1. Preferably, a minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management
  2. Advanced analytical and planning skills, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  3. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  4. Excellent presentation and organizational skills
  5. Strong team player with outstanding interpersonal skills
  6. Proficient in both written and spoken English
