Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on production-grade solutions.
• Expertise in AI agents development and Gen AI solutions development.
• Proficiency in Amazon Web Services and Databricks.
• Skills in MLflow, Feature Store, and Model Serving.
• Knowledge of Lakehouse AI and Unity Catalog.
• Background in integrating AI capabilities into business applications and data products.
• Understanding of large-scale data processing and production AI workload management.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions across the full software development lifecycle
• Develop and implement AI agents and Gen AI solutions for enterprise-grade use cases
• Own AI solutions end-to-end, from model development and deployment to monitoring and support
• Integrate AI capabilities into business applications and data products
• Work with large-scale data to build and support production AI workloads
• Optimize AI models and pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
• Manage model governance, versioning, and lifecycle using MLflow
• Leverage Databricks-native capabilities, including Feature Store, Model Serving, Lakehouse AI, and Unity Catalog
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions meet business and technical requirements
• Monitor and maintain AI solutions in production, ensuring reliability and performance
