Qualifications

Degree with above-average grades in CS or related field.
5+ years experience in IT consulting, IT projects, or software development.
Experience leading project teams of more than three people.
Knowledge of modern tools like ML, cyber resilience, DevOps, AI, robotics for IT architectures.
Familiar with popular software development methods and tools.
Comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts; able to travel.
Strong Turkish and English communication skills.
