Job summary

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking an IT Consultant to lead digital transformations and design innovative IT architectures based in Fatih, Marmara Bölgesi, Turkey. The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science and at least three years of experience in IT consulting, along with strong knowledge of agile methodologies and AI technologies.

You will work with interdisciplinary teams to tackle complex digital challenges and optimize enterprise solutions, ensuring tailored customer journeys that reflect current trends and market developments.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or related discipline.
• At least three years of relevant experience in IT consulting.
• Understanding of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile, AI, and robotics.
• Ability to tackle complex digital challenges and develop solutions.
• Comfort in interdisciplinary teams and flexibility to travel.
• Understanding and communicating in both Turkish and English.
